At Impact our main goal is to create opportunities for each child to experience the love of Jesus.

Kid's Church (1st to 5th grade)
Children are dismissed during service and will go to the smaller building next to the main worship center. The children worship, play games, and are introduced to a relevant Bible lesson.

Nursery & Preschool Ministry (Infants to Kindergarten)

4’s and 5’s are dismissed during service
It is required that everyone involved in this ministry fill out a Nursery & Preschool Volunteer Application and a Background Check Form.

What to Bring
When packing a diaper bag for your child, please include the following items:
- Two or three disposable diapers. No cloth diapers, please.
- Pacifier or other item, should your child need it for security.
- A complete change of clothes in case your child would require that.
Please label all personal items with your child's first and last name before arriving at your child's class. This helps us keep track of your child's items.
Your Child's Health
For the protection of all the children in our ministry we cannot accept a child with a fever, rash, persistent cough, diarrhea or any other signs of illness. We request that you not place your child in the program while they are at risk of exposing other children. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our program a healthy place for all.
When You Arrive
Infants to 3 years go to the check-in station to receive a check-in slip and pager. First time attendee's will need to fill out a registration form. Please note any information that will help in caring for your child such as feeding times, sleeping times, allergies and special needs.
4's and 5's will be dismissed during service and will need to be taken to the playscape. Pick up will be at the 4's and 5's classroom.
If you are needed to return to your child's classroom, you will be paged. The pager will vibrate, so please hold or wear the pager at all times.
Snacks
Snacks are provided for the children once they graduate to the toddlers & 2's classroom. The food items consist of apple juice and animal crackers or gold fish crackers. If your child has a food allergy, please inform the hostess when you check in your child.
Curriculum
We believe even our littlest ones can learn! Regular learning experiences are planned and lessons are reinforced with songs, play and supervised activities designed with the ability of the children in mind.
Saying Good-bye
After you have completed the check-in process, simply wave a quick good-bye and leave for the worship service. As you know, it is normal for little ones to cry when leaving a parent. This does not last long, and separation becomes easier over time. Our teachers will immediately try to create interest in a toy or activity and give assurance that you will return after the service is completed. If your child cries for an extended period of time of 10 minutes, we will page you.
Pick-up Procedures
When you are ready to pick up your child go to the check in station to return your pager and receive your check out slip. Please have your check out slip ready to give to the teachers. We ask that you make sure all your child's personal items have been returned to you before you leave the premises. Lost and found items will be retained for a short time. Items not claimed after one month will be donated to a charitable organization.
